She is an experienced researcher in the field of parasitology. Her research focuses mainly on diagnostics of water borne diseases and the diseases caused by parasites transmitted in vectors. In her work she exploits different diagnostic methods; microscopy, immunoflourescent and molecular methods.

Renata Welc-Faleciak PhD:

She is an experienced microbiologist and parasitologist. She has been leading the range of field studies at the Department of Parasitology. She specializes in molecular biology, especially in molecular characterization of blood parasites. She is well experienced in work with a range of molecular methods (PCR, RLF-PCR, Real Time PCR, phylogenetic analysis).

Katarzyna Goździk PhD:
